SEEDS of INTENTION WORKSHOP
As winter softens and the first signs of spring begin to emerge, this workshop invites you to pause, reconnect, and plant the seeds for what you wish to grow in the coming season.
Through a gentle, grounding yoga practice, guided meditation, and reflective journaling, we will explore the quiet yet powerful process of intention setting- much like planting the seeds beneath the soil before they bloom.

Disconnect from the outside world and connect with yourself on a deeper level through a sound journey with crystal singing bowls.
Wear loose fitting clothing, and bring pillow, blankets and anything necessary to help you relax and unwind.

Small intimate group mediumship is both powerful and very special for those who attend. It’s a time when participants come to realize that life is truly eternal, and our family and friends who have passed over, are never far from us in Spirit form. Group readings can be emotional, but they are often filled with laughter and hope. As an evidence based medium, it gives Emily immense joy to connect with the Spirit of loved ones and pass along their healing messages, wisdom and sometimes humorous meanings, in a safe, supportive, and intimate setting.
As far as the several people who come through in these readings, it’s important to not get locked into just one person as Emily gives you the evidence. Along those same lines, Emily cannot promise who will come through in a group reading, it depends on the needs of those in Spirit.
